Ohio Workforce Association holds Innagural “Shaping Ohio’s Future Workforce” Conference

To celebrate Workforce Development Month, the Ohio Workforce Association partnered with the Ohio Chapter of the International Association of Workforce Professionals to hold their first annual “Shaping Ohio’s Future Workforce” conference. A place for workforce development professionals to share best practices and innovative services for job seekers and professionals.

STWDB Executive Director, JoAnn Breedlove, along with Amy Miller, Lori Yager, Amy Wise, Angela Moses, and Judith Santmire, MBA had the opportunity to present on “Solving Childcare Workforce Challenges Through Innovative and Evolving Practices.”

They continue to collaborate and innovate to produce and help retain talent.
