I am currently at Hall of Fame Resort & Entertainment Co. as Executive Vice President of Business Administration. My background has primarily been in human resources and recruiting, although I have also done sales.
I’ve always been drawn to helping the workforce, from those who are underemployed, unemployed, or just need a resume refresh. I am always excited to assist those who want to improve their employability.
One workforce challenge I feel passionate about addressing is that recently, there has been a difficult time finding the best candidate to fill open roles. This comes from a business and Human Resources perspective, and I’m hearing it from others with hiring needs.
I also have 3 French bulldogs: Bruce, Enzo & Ellie. I live on a 38-acre tree farm in Alliance, where my husband makes maple syrup!
